If you can find PG mix it with some wax with some heat a quick stir and it should pour right in to your tank. I would recommend using one of the dab jars that are food grade silicone. I use the TAO by OM jars. What your going to do exactly is take your wax put it at the bottome of the container then take a very small amount of PG and put on top of the wax. Obliviously the less PG you use the more potent your tank will be. I would recommend just using enough to make a somewhat liquidity consistency. after that you are going to want to take a heat gun $10 from home depot or a torch and slightly heat up from a distance without burning the material. At the same time you are going to also want to mix with a dabbing tool. Then simply/ carefully pour into the ce4 tank. do not use a ce5 tank it wont work good. YOu can find some of the PG mix at https://www.headimedies.com/ its good quality stuff.
Me personally, I prefer to use a coffee mug warmer. It reduces the chances of the THC evaporating away.
Anyway, I really wanted to discuss the CE4 and CE5. First, I have tried all of the CE4 clearomizers and I do not recommend those for vaporizing cannabis. They will work, but not good enough for me. Way too small of a hit and way too much dripping down to the battery. The rebuildable CE4 being a top coil with no wick is just junk. I know that there is more than one CE5. I have been using one for a couple of weeks now and must say, so far it is one of the best pen clearomizers I have used so far. The CE5 I am using is a CE5 BDC (bottom dual coil). I recommend the 1.8 ohm coils for this unit. People with a lower tolerance would prefer the 2.1 ohm coils. It gives a smaller hit. I love my vape pen for convenience and stealth.
Really, the best vaping tank or clearomizer I have used so far is the KangerTech AeroTank. The hits from the AeroTank are far more potent it gives a bigger hit with a more dense vapor. I never even noticed it until I went back to using my pen vape and I found it difficult to get a buzz. I used and abused my AeroTank. It made my tolerance skyrocket. Now that was for testing purposes. I am chilling out on the testing so my tolerance is starting to come down now, thankfully.
Which CE5 are you referring to? There are top coil and bottom coil models.
Can't wait! KangerTech is releasing their new models of the AeroTank real soon. I will surely be testing those!
A little tip on filling and using the CE5 BDC. When putting in a brand new coil or just using a new unit only put about 3/4 of a gram of oil, maybe a bit less. If you notice any gurgling tip the pen upside down and take a draw then use the pen horizontally until the gurgling stops. This has happened to me when using a new unit or putting in a new coil. Seems like the coil needs to be primed. Other than that, mine has not leaked or caused me any problems. Hopefully in the near future they make a 1.5 ohm coil for it so I can get a bigger hit.
