ok if it adds 5% reflectivity, but how much light is it actually reflecting from an led if the led is 3 foot away from the wall, thats at least 6ft to get to the plant, its got to have diminished beyond being worthwhile by that point.

I know every little helps just seems like a cost with barely any benefit.

Inverse square law has to be modified to apply to LED's. You have to take into account LED diameter and a few other things and then you can actually get an accurate measurement of light disipation over distance from an LED but you must remember that when you reflect light, you are reflecting it to somewhere else, it isn't absorbed (at least with Mylar). So if you have a reflective surface, it isn't absorbing light it is reflecting the light until that light hits something that absorbs it.

what up here's the pics of the girls i just took down, they were under a 120w chineese built led that ran at about 60 - 80 true watts plus i had a few cfl's in the tent but they did shit all. 145g's wet plus i got 21.6 g's dried and stashed away already ........ im happy as shit with those results and cant wait for my next grow with some real good quality lights , i expect my numbers will close to double :)View attachment 1781808View attachment 1781809View attachment 1781810View attachment 1781811View attachment 1781812
