Provisioning Centers vs Farmers Markets

What are your thoughts on the new Provisioning Centers under consideration with House Bill No. 4271?

Will this bill embrace or force farmers markets out of the market?

who runs these provisioning centers?? at that site you linked Provisioningcenter.com they have a "Find your provisioning center" like mother russia assigned us a building that will sell us our meds? am i way off base?

That site is registered to Jonah Copi with Ann Arbor Wellness Collective ties. Some changes in terms are epic like "medical marijuana" and others are simply marketing terms as we later find out. I have not paid close enough attention on this matter to know in which direction we are headed here.

"What many knew have known as dispensaries have now become provisioning centers in Michigan."

the above statement about made my head explode lol its the most broken chunk of english I've read in a while... i cant even begin to think what he means by it... i mean i can come up with a few ideas but even then i dont know why he would want to say that either?? shits weird lol
