Hey guys just wondering what ones you use and actually work and dont flood your comp with viruses and if there are any free versions that would be great!!!

Tor -- look it up. Open Source, secure, legit, good stuff. For both PC and Mac.

Yes sir, you are quite right -- was not expecting many linux users on here.. what distro you use?

and as future reference, I have been in the habit lately stating PC/Mac where PC is either Windows or Linux...

I mainly have been using Ubuntu for bout 5 or 6 years but I've tried the majority of all the major distros. I got ya on the pc= windows/linux. Its funny people throw their old windows computers away thinking their garbage, I throw Ubuntu on there and they're right as rain.
