Prune?

Should I be pruning all laterals and just leaving the new growth? I planted these girls on 5/5, and they just kind of blew up. If anyone has some tips for pruning dos and donts let me know.

Does that mean all leaves other than the new growth at the top? What should I be removing?
Any colas that aren't going to make it to the canopy are removed on My plants. I strip everything below the top 4-5 nodes depending on how tight they are.

With that said. I do it in stages as to not shock the plant to much.

I know many who do not do this with Excellent results as well. As mentioned earlier I find it to be easier to maintain pest management when I only have to worry about the canopy.
