Pruning and topping questions

Im vegging 19 girls right now. Im planning on topping when I have 8-10 good branches. I was told I need to prune atleast the bottom 2. Will I not get any good bud out of the second branch up? I have some descent looking second branches and wasnt sure about cutting them (see pics). They are branches with only 3 leaves on the fans tho. Is it cool to prune befor I top and in the future should I prune these bottom branches sooner? Going to put them in a scrog when I flip to flower. Will it be difficult to get the branches in the screen after 5 weeks of vegging? My flower room is seperate so I will need to move them.

it sounds like the person who told you to cut the bottom two branches off was thinkin of SOG SEA OF GREEN. with the sog method, you cut side branches off and concentrate growing one main cola. i could be wrong.

what size tent do you have to grow in and what size light is in it?

Maybe I called it the wrong name. Im wanting multiple branches going thru multiple parts of the screen. 8-10 each. Im vegging in a 4x6 area using 1 600mh and 1 sf4000 led. Im planning on growing small plants so Im trying to squeeze1 in per square foot. Is this unrealistic? My flower room is 10x4 using 2 hps600s and 1 480watt quantum board (4 boards actually) with uv and ir on a seperate comtroller. Im planning on vegging half my flower time and flipping my clones once a month. Using the flower room as 2 areas. Every cycle i will have 3 extra plants in veg. I will take the 3 best plants and cut clones for the next run. This leaves me just enough room to squeeze in my clone tray. My question tho is should I prune the bottom 2 branches of these now before I top? If I leave the second branch up (3 leaves on fans) will it produce good bud if I keep the plant short? How does my perpetual grow technique sound? First time doing something like this. I will attach more pics in a min.
