pruning?

I'm into my first week of flowering and I have four plants about 30'' high and very very bushy. can I or should I prune off some of the lower fan leaves to allow more light to get to the bottoms? they bushed so much that they have overrun one another. any help would be appreciated. I looked for some kind of sticky on this, but failed to see it. Thanks!

I prune some of the sun leafs off.
stare at your plant for a while, and see what you need to cut off.
don't go nuts. Just a few.

yeah u need fan leaves for the plant to grow..you can do some "low stress training"
