some dogs need to be secured just because of their breed.Plain n simple.No 2nd chances if you own a Rott,Pitt,Akita,Chow,etc etc.I don't like it.I wish my dogs could roam free with no problems.Years back my dog killed 2 young moose and ate 'em.He got caught and reported by the neighbors.Friendlyist dog ever.I almost got fined 30 grand.Dogs are Dogs ,ain't no fault of mine and I'm not doing anything wrong
