Shitting on floors creates not only a slipping hazard, but also uncontained fecal matter can cause conditions that can kill others. As far as I understand it, no one has the right to jeopardize the life of someone else. Why do you hate responsibility so much?

So how does one exist on this planet if you cannot find a place that has such a government?

I don't think that such a place could exist easily with the world the way it is. Nowhere can someone go and be free as you describe, only before the world was so populated and empty could this be accomplished. Those are great things to want, I wish they could exist.

People have to first envision it , then they have to build it. The first thing I suggest is to understand and then proliferate the idea that what occurs now is a repetition in futility. Einstein had a saying about that.

Also it helps if you live in a low population area.

Even if you don't have kids, having an educated population around you is it's own reward. I'm sure you already understand that, though. Most people do. You should be glad I'm not in charge, I'd make education the new military. It'd be outlandishly expensive and free for everybody to attend.
