Punch a Panhandler in the Face Day

I was staying on the strip at the Luxor and walked to the closest gas station for some beers. I had a bag full of tall boys and as I walked back I was asked by a guy for some change. I gave him a few dollars and one of my tall boys and he asks me "say man, I'll give you back this 3 dollars and this beer and let me get 10 bucks instead". I right away realized he was cracked the fuck out so like 'a dog named chico' I just shook my head, laughed and kept walking.

we also have te occasional people who wait at the light for some white people to stop lol.They go up to there car,show them there parole ID and try and get some money from them lol.They seem to make the most.

Let's first separate these beggars into two categories. Legitimately broke and needs money for food (as you can see from this thread, these are a rarity), and secondly scam artists that make bank off blind bleeding heart clowns such as yourself. The first group has no one to blame but themselves for the impoverished situation they have put themselves in. I don't believe in safety nets, entitlements, or compensating in any way for another person's financial shortcomings. The second group which makes up a majority of panhandlers should be beaten with a stick on a regular basis.

Interesting, I'd put: murder, rape, extortion, theft, assault, urinating or shitting on a person way ahead of not giving money to a panhandler, just to name a few. But then again, I'm a logical and rational person capable of thinking that you apparently are not capable of.
