Hi guys,
I just wanted to share my experience with this particular company which recently launch an EU site for all us EU customers looking to get seeds that bit easier. Well that's what Purple City Genetics California says on their social feeds!
I noticed that PCG had a big drop on another big US seed bank and so I looked into them a bit a really liked what a saw. So i found the international site (their Spanish site) and made my first order.
1 x Strawnana and Kush Mints
1 x Mac1 and Purple Punch
1 x Watermelon Skittlez and Watermelone Skittlez
Their website said that they used 24 to 48 hour delivery and that there might be a slight delay due to Covid-19 etc.
I paid on the 8th of April and waited, and waited and waited. I had no dispatch email, no tracking details no nothing so after two weeks I contacted PCG to ask what was going on.
I received a reply saying that my items would be delivered by Saturday 25th April with tracking details that did not work! So I waited the next few days until that date. Saturday came and went and no delivery. So i sent them another email asking was going on?
I received a reply back saying this and I quote. "I have just spoken to the delivery company and they told me that the item was delivered on the 22nd of April. I now consider this matter closed". Now the 22nd was the day I had emailed them again!
At this point I went batshit crazy at this guy on email and I have started a refund procedure using PayPal. These people offered no working tracking details, they wasted my time and took my money, whilst simply feeding me rubbish and lies.
I really hope someone a little more honest at PURPLE CITY GENETICS in the US looks into this and stops these people running their business into the ground!
No tracking details
No reasonable replies or answers
No professionalism
No respect for new customers
Telling me I have received the item without any proof whatsoever is a complete joke! These people are crooks as far as I am concerned and I will be posting and sharing my experience with them until someone from PCG grows a pair and deals with this situation.
Its not right to take your customers money, then waste their time and energy trying to get what they have already paid for!

To PCG please Learn how honest people do business please and stop sending out BS tracking details. Thanks
