Purple Indica and Bagseed, 2 Weeks Old. How Are They Doing?

Got about 30 babies, half Purple indica - half bagseed from unknown canadian outdoor. just wanna know how there doing for 2 weeks. there under 2 x 32 watt 6500 cfl's and 100 watt hps, most are going outside and a few are staying with me. also i have an unknown bug and took the clearest pic I could with a crap celly pic.

when should I re-pot? and any clue what kinda bug that is, it is mostly black with like a redish pinkish back 6 legs

I think it has redish wings but there folded down like a ladybug

anybody else have any input?? more pics soon, there all ready noticeably bigger

there like blowing up now in size, maybe ill move this to indoor growing

if any is interested here is an update they are 3 weeks old now, transplanted and added 175 watt mh.

I think I should move the lights closer but im not sure.. there about 11 inches away

bad ass. are those exterior security lights? they look like it.
