Purple Kush Won't Sprout?

They germinated beautifully. But now they won't sprout. One has been under soil for two weeks and the other seed is going on a week. I have a 120 Watt bulb about a foot above them. I planted them in miracle grow potting soil. Any advise?

is the soil warm if not they will not sprout.

Dig down a little bit and see if it's on its way up. Be gentle you wouldn't want to damage it.

No its not really warm. I think the fan is cooling them down. Should I remove the fan?

You don't need to use a fan until you start giving them nutes. Dig a little and help it out.
