Purple Power Pre-flowers

Hey guys,

I'm new to growing and to this forum. I got into growing after a few months of smoking some pricey shit.

Anyways, I have two plants right now. The oldest is three weeks into vegging, and the other is a few days behind. Firstborn (name of the older plant) is growing what I assume to be pre-flowers. Based on what I've seen on the web and on these forums, it's a male. I just want to confirm that.
