Usually they take about a month in the window sill. But if you do more than 14hrs of light usually they will root faster. I like to let them root slowly in a flowering state so I can start them as soon as I harvest .... they have Been in water for 2 months ....
Really depends on how vigorous the strain some take up to 45 day when given minimal light.

I tell yah I been growing weed since 08’ not bragging but I came along way. I think I was the first guy to take pics in front of my plants lol like ig selfie status and was the first to post a legit Louie xiii cut journal.
Actually I gave up growing weed for a good 5 years cause you know life is more important now it’s like I’m just growing for therapeutic reasons like a hobby and to smoke. I tend to really space my plants well and never cram my room so this is why I have alot of success. It’s not easy with my 300$ grow for everything. Let me know if you need any help as weed takes a common sense approach. Thanks

I hear ya I’m in a similar scenario just getting back into it on a very small scale have a 4x4x7 otw now focusing on lighting been looking at the mars what’s size is this?! I’m debating on whether the ts3k or 2 2ks

I wouldn’t sleep on hlg but If your a hobbyist like me the Ts 2000 or viaspectra(white light with infa reds) new mars knockoff looks great, and maybe some side pannels... I just got used to led so I’m thinking it’s bettter to spread ed lights around instead of have one or 2 ...
I only have the ts1000 ( 150 watt) ... Naboo is almost done I’m hoping my clone of her will make it but hardly any foliage left .
mystery seed not finishing leaves are mostly burntand dying on top. Hopefully it will ripen soon but clones are strong from her. Will keep her short next run prepared for the stretch this time.
Millie and Maui look like 9 weekers. One more week for them. Stopped feeding nitrogen, now purely Herculean harvest. Took off the blurple and went down gradually to 11 hrs of light ...

See the leaf with the brown spots? You've got a Calcium deficit. I've seen it on several leaves. Anyway otherwise lovely girls.

I’ve been staring at these spots for weeks lol.
Yeah I usually get excited about how long before my leaves go to shit ... think I made it till week 5 in flower this run . I had a small vacation to Vegas for 3 days kinda got rusty from the cold temps as well
my purple plant also has leaves that are turning brown but some are healthy. Thought maybe mytap water was bad.
I appreciate the knowledge tho .... calcium ?
think I’mgonna add a couple nutes next run ... pushed them a bit hard on the nftg, first time using .... think next run I might be able to stop this problem . It happened to me last grow too never has this problem but never used leds either before then.

Yeah we can always tune our grows up. I use General Hydroponics CaliMagic. I prefer the ratio. Anyway whatever you use just give them some Ca and it will get rid of most of that. Surprising how much Cannabis needs Ca and Mg.

W leds when do you normally start the calmag
I don't run LEDs. I run T5HO seedlings, Metal Halide in veg and HPS in flower and they get Ca/Mg every feeding once they are past seedling stage. I use GH CaliMagic 3 ml/gallon in veg and 5 ml/gallon in flower. Depends on what substrate you are in. I'm in 50/50 Coco/Xlg Perlite so I water and feed daily.
