Purple stems

I’ve been growing outdoor for a while but I have made a switch to indoors recently and am unsure if I’m running into issues.
My grow is in my closet which is 2.5 feet deep by 4 feet wide by 7 feet high. 3 clones all the same phenotype of Purple Afghan Kush by Dina Fem.
The clones are roughly 1 month old not including propagation time. They are under 2 foot four tube T5. The closet has positive pressure with my intake fan 185 cfm pulling from the bottom of the closet door from the room the closet is in. I usually keep my window in the room cracked to keep cool fresh air coming in. Today is the first day I checked my ambient room temps and placing a hygrometer right by my intake I had 64 degrees Fahrenheit for an intake reading. My humidity is a bit all over the place but for the most part I’m between 50 and 70 percent with my canopy temps going from 70 degrees at there lowest and 81 as there high. The clones are in 1 gallon or slightly smaller containers in roots organic original with great white. Since transplanting I’ve given them super thrive and pro tech with every watering at half strength.
yesterday I top dressed each container with 1 cup ewc/ 1/2 tsp insect frass / 1/2 tsp Alf Alfa meal / 1/2 tsp kelp meal /additional great white and 1/4 cup roots original mixed together and watered in pro tech and super thrive half strength.
I have not done a ph run off check yet
But my solution in is 6.4-6.6 thus far.

I’m not running co2.
I’m running a 24 hour light cycle

my stems have spots that are solid purple toward the bottom while new growth has purple striping.
the clones got off to a terrible start in the rapid rooters and I’m lucky I save the genetic at all. They were completely purple when they came out of the rapid rooters.... but the issue persists.
Growth is overall fairly slow and lacking vigor especially over the last week as I am not seeing praying.
volume of eater per irrigation is roughly 200-300 mls.
Also I’ve been using Poland springs water.
ppm of 50 I was fearful of my tap at 200 ppm.

ive read plenty of different opinions from mag deficiency( may make sense giving my water source and no supplementation) cold temps and swings of more than 15 degrees.( could make sense as it seems my max swing is about 15 degrees in temp and my intake is64 today but I know there’s been days where it’s much cooler say 55 degrees)
Ph (it’s possible although this is where’d I’d run outside in soil 6.4-6.6)
Maybe someone who’s run this strain before indoors can shine some light.
I will note stems are still very pliable and not rigid

Ya I read that article this morning. And yes my water... my cool intake... maybe it really is more than one contributing factor.
I know there must be a lot of growers that have ran this strain indoors..... if there’s any strain in the world that would naturally possess purple characteristics this is the one.....

Maybe the floor of your tent is getting too cold...down where the pots and roots are. I've noticed some pretty big differences with mine. .. it gets pretty chilly down there when the outside room gets cold. 70 degrees at the canopy isn't too warm to begin with. I guess your plants aren't too tall though...maybe the temp isn't so different.

Maybe try nudging your pH down a bit too? I've always heard 6.2-6.3 is the sweet spot. I'm not positive that watering at that pH is always what you want to do, depending on what's in the soil, but a little tweak might help this situation. I don't know ... just taking some guesses for you.

Well I’m 75-81 at my canopy. Next irrigation I will check my root zone ph. So far my solution in has been 6.6-6.4 so I would be surprised if I was out of range although it’s certainly possible. Temp at the base of my containers is 70-75 degrees.
2 hygrometers keeping things fairly accurate and I’m having a hard time understanding what’s going on stems are pliable and I’m thinking they will come out of it but I will certainly know more in the next few days as this top dress dries.
