This is my first time grow so tell me what you think
I got these clones on the 12th of last month.
Rooted them in a homemade aero system.
Had a little trouble at first because I didn't realize the clonex solution actually had nutrients in it, and I mixed it at the labels directions and ended up burning them all pretty bad and also left the cloner unplugged for about 4 hours one time (dee de dee), but some have recovered well. I started out with 21 and now have about 8 doing really good.
Now they have been veging for about 2 weeks in 2 gal. pots in hydroton, some roots coming out the bottom drain holes and plan on transplanting into 5 gallon pots soon. Any tips on that would be appreciated too because they are in straight hydroton and we are putting them into hydroton in the larger buckets, I read some where about submerging the pot in water and letting the excess float and then pull the pot out from under... and then place into the 5 gallon pot. Does anyone know if this is a good idea or have a better idea?
Tallest plant is about 7 - 7 1/2" tall and they are almost all the same height now.
How tall should I let them get in veg?
And also I was planning on bending them because I have a low ceiling, what would be the best time to bend them?
Here are some pics
