Don't listen to PH? Although he's never tested it. How do you know he's not locking the plant out of a nute that would cause a deficiency?

I'll say it again though test PH. So you know for sure you're not locking out the nutes.

Use all the nutes in the world; if they're being locked out they're basically useless.
Google ph lockout chart and know he's speaking the truth.

although locking out N (if thats been the general consensus) thru a incorrectly set ph is hard to do according to that chart.

They are fine, I wouldnt bump to a higher ppm. Let them adjust slowly to a higher nutrient solution. Dont just jump to 50% because if it is a deficiency your just going to lock out other vital nutes. Take your time with them, they are resilient. Good luck and happy growing :bigjoint:

ya all i can do is wait to get a ph test kit tomorrow
I can tell by your pictures bro... Your not locking out anything. You always should have a PH meter though and adjust the PH of your waterings and let it stabilize before you water your plants with it. But this is not a PH issue. I guarantee it. Its your temp and humidity swings. Going from hot to cold, wet to dry and back and forth is what causes this. I had some plants get like this a while back because my AC kept taking a shit on me. I thought I had it fixed, then Id come back the next day and my AC was broke again. I went back and forth with it like that for a few days and some of my plants started looking like yours.

But yeah... make sure to get a PH meter. Thats the single most important tool in growing healthy plants.

The neon green looks like new growth to me. Happens all the time. As far as the Lucas formula.. It's freakin awesome. Easier then anything I've used before. Infact since I started using it, I stopped checking my ph. I haven't touched my ph pen in a year now, the lucas Formula tends to be calmag defficient but you won't notice till she's mature probably. But in soil it might not matter. 600-700 for veg is good, but only after 2 weeks and their a bit bigger. In early progression I start em at 350 and raise it 25 ppms to 30 each day till it hits 500 and stay there for a week. Just IMO, looks good an healthy though.
