no not f/m
Stem color could come from a different strain/or just genes.

Are they different?

The little white things are perlite, i wouldn't really worry about the purple stems as long as everything else seems okays..

Older small thin stems can turn red, brown, tan and everything in between, when the same strain stem is getting green its growing fast, the new growth is green and is pushing its way out of the old stem so you will start to see streaks of green down the stems as they grow. Sounds like your lil ones are growing thicker faster than the tall ones.

well the one with the purple stem was once green 2 days ago, theyre changing quite fast and the one with a green stem is much smaller than the purp

The little one is just now hitting a growth spurt and will purple too after it catches up to the light and slows down "IF the strain usually grows purp stems"
