my guess would be mass ignorance. Many people actually think that if its not purple its not "dro" no, really...It'll make you straight want to slap somebody, but they're is no cure for ignorance. They will SWEAR up and down that the purple is better, in fact if you took a non purp strain, made one plants bud purple with cold, and left the other to do its thing naturally, and gave them both to them to test, they would swear the purp was better, despite the fact thats its either exactly the same or not as good. And some think its wrong to mislead buyers, but I say if the buyer is already that mislead, just play along. That said, I have no intentions of doing it on purpose, none of my strains are purple, not that I'll never get one, I'm just not impressed.
