OK I have a question if u put a plant after 4weeks in to see what sex it is how long do u have before it pollenates
I meant into flower just to see what sex it is then turn it back

Depends on the plant. Some take a while to show sex, some pretty quick.
Unless you are extremely inattentive, you wont miss a male before it pollinates anything

If you are trying to keep just the females and cull the males you will know long before they have a chance to open. It will vary but you should know about a week or two after flipping to 12/12 if you are paying attention.
