putting seedlings under hps?

Ok so this is my first grow.
plants are lowryder because I don't have too much space and just want a practice grow. I germinated 9 seeds and they should all be popping up soon.

I had the whole bunch under my kitchen fluorescents but I'm not sure if they are the right kind. so to be safe I went ahead and put them under one 70 watt hps about 13 inches under the light. tons of mylar and a home made reflector.

When they get bigger I have 2 150 watts and 1 other 70 watt hps for a total of 440 watts for 9 plants. Is this enough?
the closet measures 26" by 46"

Second...am I going to fuck up my seedlings under this light?! please direct me in the right direction RIU!

no but theyre not gunna branch much, just get really tall and skinny

so Do you think If I get some cfl's it will do better? maybe even a MH?
It's not going to branch much anyway due to it being lowryder though is it?

prob not, might wanna get a few 32 watt cfls
