Putting sprouted seed to rockwool then soil

After my first failure, I want to try using rockwool for my sprouted seeds.
What I will do is, put my rockwool into water (around 6.0 ph with vinegar) for 24 hours, then place my sprouted seeds (root looking down) into rockwool and place it under flourasan lights and water it daily.

Then hopefully if they pop out, i will place them into soil.

Can you guys please recommend me something for not to fail this time.already killed 3 seeds.
