Q and hopefully A about my new led light

If the 4 fans draw .25 amps or less...Then yes!
For instance, I believe the Arctic fans on the 11+ coolers draw .17 amps @ 5 volts...

In terms of safety issues...circuits have been discussed....

Here is a simple Relay - Manual Reset thermostat safety shut off for overheating.....

and...SDS has a working Fan RPM-Relay shut-off circuit that could be adaptable to a 12 fan setup but each fan will require a relay, which gets spendy @ $5 apiece just for the relay...and only for 3 wire Fans....too

Again, the arduino option is cheap, and you could simply run a Relay, triggered from your PWM controller...Set a variable you want to monitor in case of Fan Failure...Temp, RPM, voltage etc....
[Have it alert you over SMS :) ]

Its a really nice illustration. Hadnt seen that aroudn here before, and I will be quick to discard SDS's cool DIY stuff. That is impressive and way out of my league. Trying to keep it as simple and safe as possible. Now Im learning about thermostat switches :)

How would you go about this situation then? Is there anything I can add to the circuit, or is the driver simply a poor choice? I figured that since the Arctic 11 plus go at 12v/0.16A, they, the APV12-12, should be able to run even five or six without being jeopardizing the drivers and fans. This is the trickiest part, IMO, I am unsure how to go about the installation of the fans, and most of the guides that I like the most are using passive cooling.
Should I add a speed controller with 4 fan inputs?
Yeah APV-12-12 is good for 6 A11+. Installation is easy. I'd use something like this. But virtually any connector will work. Speed controller is optional.
No reason to use a constant current source for fans.

Alright, this ended up being my order, because the missus didnt feel like getting a new, clumsy wardrobe...:

This will have to somehow fit into the 2x3x5ft So I will have to look for the sweetspot in between 0.7-1.4 A, I like how these drivers seem to be easily dimmed without further installation.
I will probably ask a lot more questions to avoid mistakes, once the stuff gets here. Thank you all very much so far ! :)
