Quality of breeding?

Question...

If two plants have the same genetics and are grown the same way, then the female which produces buds should be stronger then smoking the male plant.

So, if only a few branches off of a female plant are used for breeding, does it affect the quality of the entire plant?

Or does it only affect the pistils that it has pollinated?

Pollen only effects the pistils that are pollinated.... that's why it's possible to only pollinate a single branch of a plant it done properly... only this branch/flower pollinated will produce seeds
