Question about a rule

So i have my medical card and can grow the legal 12 plants. I try to play by the rules and follow everything as good as possible.

So my question is that my wife would like to get her card also. We live in the same house. We won't even grow 24 plants she and I just want her to be legal to enter the room so she can help water and what not.

I work 2 jobs and it's hard for me to do everything. Like i said I just want to follow the rules as close as possible.

Can she get her card and we just grow together or does she apply for her card and I'm her provider?

Is this even legal to have a husband and wife under the same roof growing together?

If the answer is we each have our own room that we each can't enter each others room then that's BS and a waste of time for what I'm trying to accomplish.

Also right now I've got a room in the basement that stays locked. If she gets her card since her and I are the only ones that go in the basement and there is a solid locking door at the top of the stairs leading to the basement it would be easier to just grow wherever and not be confined in one room also. I would love to leave the door to the room open in this crazy heat to help cool things down but it's currently not an option.

Any input is appreciated.

I dont think it is that simple. Only one person is alowd to have possesion of the plants, but..just be smart..dont get raided while your both in the room.

Yes. Just add her as your caregiver for $10 and you are all set. It doesn't matter who has the rights to grow between you. Just keep the door locked. She as your caregiver can possess your cannabis and tend your plants. I know this law back to front as I am in a wheelchair and cannot even enter my own grow room. That's why they call them caregivers. My ex-wife was my caregiver too.

Only the person with grow rights are allowed in the room, a c.g cant let their pt take care of their own plants if they dont have the grow rights!

ONLY THE PERSON WITH GROW RIGHTS IS ALLOWED IN THE GROW ROOM!

You can both be pt's with grow rights, but your grow rooms have to be seperate, I would say the veg room is yours or hers and the budd room is yours or hers, that dont make it legal but,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,only the person with the grow rights is allowed in the room! (broken record,,,,skip,,,skip)

I have a c.g and I am my lady's c.g,

we live in the same house, she is my pt, I grow for her, my c.g grows for me at his grow room, it actualy helps to be your mates c.g, If she is a pt and you are her c.g, she can have 2.5 oz's of cured mm, and you can have 2.5 oz's of cured mm for her, and since you are a pt you can have 2.5 for you also, so that allows you 12 plants and 7.5 oz's in your possesion, in the house, of course she keeps her 2.5 where ever she keeps her mm, and you keep her 2.5 and your 2.5 in a different room. mm cured dont have to be locked up, but I wouldnt keep your cured with hers!

What I wanted to do was have her get her card. She has issues and is afraid to get the card though. I have my medical card and can legally grow 12. But can she get her card and give her rights to me and I be her caregiver? So I would have my 12 plants and then another 12 for her. All locked up and legal?

Yah man..as long as your are her registered caregiver, with plant possesion box checked..your good to go. Can have all 24 in one locked room.
