Im looking to get legal soon, the only problem that i have is i see a lot of people mumbling about how you need 3 doctors visits in a certain span in the past. I have not had insurance for just about 2 years and rarely go to the doctor. On the other hand though i will be applying based on my major problem which is my back. I was born with an extra vertebrae in my lower back that has caused lower back swelling and pain on and off since i was about 12. I would say my chiropractic records would be more conclusive then any regular doctor visit i have taken. Now the twist is that since i haven't had insurance i have rarely gone to the chiropractor maybe twice in the past few years because he would take a look at me for free when my back was in severe pain. Would his records be sufficient enough even if they are 3+ years old and have a huge gap in them up until this point?
