Question about flowering with a flo

My plants have been into flowering for about a week. Im using cfls for the most part but i have one workshop fluorescent, would it hhurt anything to keep it on during flowering or should i leave it turned off?

Flowering needs 12 hours of 100% darkness. No light whatsoever.

I say if you have room to put the shop light in do it.
