question about flushing

i have a few lr#2s in soil in a grow tent.they are at week 5 and have never have added enough water added for it to come out bottom of pot.do i need to flush out the pots on ocasion?i use ferts lightly 2 times a week since day 10--thanks
 
It is recommended that you let 20-30% flow out the bottom to pull away unused/ unwanted salt from against the root zone. No run off means build up will happen just may take longer than your plant lives;)

as long as you dont overfeed , dont worry bout anything comin out the bottom. a 2 liter is going to dry up very quick , so i see no probs in your setup.
