Question about growing indoors in the Netherlands

My family and I are planing on moving to the Netherlands, and we need to know the laws on growing 5 or less plants indoors. Everything I've read says u can grow 5 or less plants without getting arrested and if they find your plants they just take them.
I've been searching the web for hours but can't find anything about whether u can grow inside and outside or just outside.
I need the right information, hopefully by someone that lives or is from the Netherlands.
Any legal weblinks would be great too.

Apparently It's illegal there just like everywhere , if however you have 5 plants or less with just a light no vent/filter etc and a real amiture piss poor site to the eye's they give a warning .

If it looks proper done , then your proper done in a sense.
