Question about harvesting?

if the bottom half of the plant is ready to harvest but the top cola is not ready yet will it hurt my plant if i harvest the bottom half and leave the cola to finish?

should be fine,may slow down for a few days ehough, check put my 10 day old bubblebomb in indoor growing if you get the time, good luck m8,post some pics.

wait till the main cola is ready to harvest, the plant is harvested at the same time

doesn't have to be.

i harvested some buds earlier than others. i would advise against taking all the buds except the main cola off though. leave about 50% on there.

i agree with burlingo -- ive read several instances confirming you can harvest half the plant before the rest bc much of the time one part finishes before the other. jorge cervantes supports this claim in his 'growers bible' as well

It's fine to harvest the mature buds and let the others finish up. My question is this; how did it end up that the bottom half of your plant is ready before the top half? It's usually the other way around.

the bottom of my plants last time were all finished before the top!

i accidentally had my light too close to the canopy, stunted growth, made it a week or two behind the rest!

I did the same thing, had a 600w 8in from the top and the side branches were finished a good week before the main cola, chopped it all down anyways.
