Question about hydroponics

Ok this may seem like a stupid question but im a bit confused by it.

When you would call a bag you picked up "hydro" or "dro", does it get that name because it was grown hydroponically? Would that mean any seed you grew in a hydroponic system would be considered "dro"?

Why does "dro" seem like the most common type of weed around?

Yeah thats really just a nickname for some kind bud. I guess you could say that you have hydroponics and organics. I have never grown organics. I have grown in soil but since my fertilizers are for hydroponic I would consider mine hydroponics. That probably doesnt make since. But who's to say how it was grown. Only the grower knows that usually.

I could grow both syles and you probably couldnt tell the differance. Besides the taste. But yes thats where dro came from. Hydroponics.

"HYDRO" IS GREEK FOR WATER AND "PONICS" IS GREEK FOR GROW,
"HYDROPONICS" MEANS GROWING IN WATER AND "ORGANICS" MEANS GROWING IN SOIL , COCO SOIL ETC...

You can grow organic in hydroponics, just a little bit tricky sometimes. Now when it comes to the most common weed being dro, well, that is just a bunch of dumb asses either thinking that's a type of weed or your local drug dealer being a salesman or both. Bottom line is Dro or hydro is not a type of weed its how you grow it. Now growing in dirt using hydro nutrients is not really hydroponics and does not really make sense. If I was to go to the trouble to grow in soil I would go fully organic... to me that's more logical. I would understand if you were growing in a real hydroponics system and you took your nutrients after res change and fed your plants around your house with it.

Hydro is very common because many indoor grow ops use it and it grows weed fast.

But it's not 'better' meds because it was grown hydoponically. If not done properly, hydro weed can be pretty gross and chemical tasting.
