Question about Juvenile Probation and SB420

Would I get in trouble if I grow in a locked room and have kids in the house? Also my stepson got in trouble in SoCal and we had his case transferred to Shasta County so they gave him informal juvenile probation but with a lot of rules like formal probation. I know probation can only search areas where he has access too but since I have everything locked will there be issues. Also the little fucker got upset at me because I found out he was going to go get drunk with some friends and I rained on his parade and he threatened to tell his probation about my grow that he has no access too.

One of my aquaintances had CPS called saying he has a 13 year old daughter living in the same house he is growing outdoors at. CPS workers called and asked about it. The response was "I am a valid prop 215 card holder. I am growing legally under california state law with the legal number of plants. I DO have multiple people growing on my property but it is all legal." NEVER give weight, NEVER give numbers (Plants produce a different ammount every year. It is impossible to say how much I will have) STAY SAFE. Be sure to give them the information that is needed and not go overboard. NUMBERS=TROUBLE remember that.
Nobody came up to check it out. That was an outdoor grow where she had access to the plants. Yours is indoor, locked away. It will be much easier for you

As long as everything is legal there is nothing to worry about. Outdoors would be much worse than indoors with the accessability and they weren't very concerned with it. Tell your wife to let him make his threats, if you do nothing wrong they can do nothing. Somebody very close to me told me that if you tell them a number, bragging about how much you can pull off of one plant, they will take them. So keep that in mind. If he says anything again tell him "Dude, it's all legal. Call CPS and tell them that I have my card and you can't even get in the room. They will laugh at you." End your problems real quick

cut that little bastard off from everything! No tv, no video games, no candy, no soda, implement a strict curfew which should be part of his probation anyways. Fuck, you should even take a lot of his clothes! Make sure to grab the ones he really likes. Remind that little bastard where he came from and where all his shit came from! Show him who can really fuck with the others life!
