Question about lenght of vegging. I don't understand something.

Let's say i have a big enough pot, but only 150HPS light and maybe 2 6500k 26wCFL's.
If i (hypothetically, ofcourse) just plant 2 seeds and veg them for ... let's say 3 months, Will the lights be enough, or will it need better lighting?(this is the important question, the other seems to have been answered 10 bilion times already, but i'd like an 10bilionth and 1 answer please).
Also, if longer veg bigger yield is true, wouldn't that mean a giant ass harvest from giant ass plants ?

The more light you have and the longer the veg period under those lights, the more bud you will yield. If the other conditions are right....soil, temp, humidity, nutes, watering, feeding, and the most important variable of all...grower knowledge.

but if you veg for three months then your gonna have quite big plants in flower, thats when the 150w hps wont cut it. with a 150w hps id veg for a smaller time and that way the light will be closer to more of the plant. also i would def lst or top the plants.

well what if i have a SET amount of lighting but unlimited grow space for root and also plant stalk ?
will that be ok? I could wait 3 months to veg a monster, but i really can't get better lighting( i don't have the budget to get HPS so i'm using all the CFL's i could muster up . Also i don't care about what the power bill will be in the long run, i simply can't get enough money at once )

sorry, didn't see you there, mate. You were posting while i was typing. So you say 150 wont fare well for 3 months vegging. Not even if i do the perfect LST and ScrOG it like a god( not that i can or anything, i just like asking questions and getting answeres to luminate my mind )

so if i were to spread them somehow to get enough light. AKA double topping the plant then LST-ing every cola separately. would it do well for 1 plant, maybe 2 ?

Errrrr if going to LST or scrog (I'd maybe suggest scrog) then personally I would do 1 plant. Purely gives you 1 to purely focus on and make sure get right

3 months? Holy hell that's a big ass plant. No you need more light. You realy don't want to do any trimming the last 6+ weeks of flower. So fans will cover the light in 5 days or so. Something that big needs more light.

hmm i see, guess il reduce the time. I'll just use my imagination on how big it will get ( 3 times bigger in flower than it is in veg )
