question about lighting

i was wondering if this light or possibly 2 of them would be enough for a grow box that W3ftxD2ftxH4ft. it is a Coralife Metal Halide 5,500K Lamp (175Watt) used in aquariums to generate coral and animal growth. there is also the Coralife Metal Halide 6,500K Lamp (175Watt). according to what ive read about kelvins 6500 is the closest to natural sunlight that you can get. i just dont want too much watage going into such a small area. i fully intend to have powered intake and outtake ports to control co2 and heat. let me know what you think! thanks alot

Any 175 Metal Halide 6500K lamp is going to produce a lot of light in the good zone, however you may have to keep them mounted higher than you used to.

Also you may try a more blue colored bulb such as a 15000k
