Ideally a 315 cmh would be perfect but I assume you want to use lights you already own ?

Think give your girls plagron feeding. like me Yesterday my girls got fedt at 1.75 ec 900ppm 5.9 pH,Npk ratio 9-5-3. my girls in Week 7 veg growing in Mars hydro growtent
After topped the photoperiods and they recovered I start to train them for of lst stemtraining. Wanna prepare them for bigger larger yield. They are in the plagron cocos 22 liter (5.8 gallon) air pots.

I will train them a week longer. And next week then they Wil grow in height till they reach 35 cm a 40 cm height. Then I trow them on 12/12.
And see if I able to grow around 150/200 grams dried of each plant to get around a total of around at least 600/800 grams dried clean buds and hope for more.
