Question about Portable Ac exhaust

Hi all. Just recently started a small grow room using a pair of 1000w de gavitas (slimline). The space is about 8×7x8'. I've had my plants vegging for 2.5 weeks and then flipped them this past Tuesday. So far everything is going well! I'm using a 12,000 btu portable ac for cooling as these are the hottest lights I've ever come across and am managing to keep the canopy temperature around 26C or 80F. In order to vent the ac exhaust I was faced with 2 options, either vent out the window of the room in a stealthy manner (done this before and always had a problem making it look totally incognito and controlling odor) or just venting it upstairs through the stairwell into my main living space. Since its winter season I elected to to vent the heat into the living space in order to save some money on gas for heating. It's all working quite well l so far. My question is basically if anyone has done this before and if there are any negative drawbacks to breathing in the vented air of a portable electric ac. I do have a family and wanted to ensure there are no health issues with this. From everything I have been been able to find it seems there isn't but it isnt particularly in depth. Unless I can guarantee that its completely safe I will probably switch up and use the window as I dont want to risk my health or worry too much about it. Thanks all

the air should be fine from the condensor heat off your ac unit. i ran mine to the return air duct so it helps in the winter and the central ac unit here takes care of the heat in the summer. good humidity in the winter indoors is hard so every bit helps.
