question about preflowering

I have a few clones i wanna fatten up a month or so before putting in 12/12.

But they are already showing sex and getting preflowers.

Is it ok to keep em in 24/0 untill further notice or will they start to flower eventually?


Also they are a strain called grapefruit by female seeds that i just found out to be semi auto flowering whatever that means.

Yes... keep them in Veg for as long as you want to grow them....

All plants need a dark or rest cycle, 24/0 for clones may work but once the plant starts growing and photosynthesizing a regular rest period is needed to create a stronger plant. 20/4 or 18/6 is fine.
If you have auto flowering seeds, they will automatically flower out at a predetermined age...not a light schedule and 16-18 hrs of light would work. If they are just feminized, that would just mean that they have been bred to produce a female plant and would require a minimum 12 hr rest cycle.
Either way, 24 hrs of light is not necessary and is just a waste of electricity.

The plants you have pictured are males...unless you plan on breeding to create seeds, you should pull those out. The males will mature much faster the females and will start sending pollen out quicker than you think.
