Question about pruning at the inter-noads

so this is kindof a complex question, but i have this plant, mkay, and it's tiny, it's about 3 inches tall and about 10 inches around, with 1 main stalk that's been topped so it's straight untill 3 inches, then bent over, any way on this main stalk i have 8 different smaller stalks comming off, so as you can imagen this plant is already pritty bushy, and i've had to prune each of these 8 different smaller stalks, (cutting almost every other leaf on it). this has made my plant start to grow even MORE! and instead of getting wider, like i want it to, it's starting to grow even more stalks of the plant. so i can understand if this is a good thing to have a bushy plant, however will the bud sights form from these stalks? or the leaf noads? i have grown about 8 plants however all have been male so far, and so i have little experience with acctually budding a plant. ( i has a femmi seed now :weed: ) but yeh will i get less bud sights if i cut these new stalks? i have pictures however if this problem could be sorted out without posting them i would appreciate it :)

Let it grow and leave it alone for at least 2 weeks... it needs height and the branches will start turning up to the light.

sorry i forgot to mention that the hight was due to a hight restriction, im stunting the vertical growth on purpose because i have a scrog system. most of the growth is vertical which is what's bugging me. i just want to know if cutting off these vertical noads will reduce the amount of bud sights on the plant.

it will naturally try and grow upwards, and will naturally grow more branches as you are witnessing. as they grow, either tie them down with string so that they will grow in a more or less horizontal manner.
