Question about Pruning

2 questions..
Can I prune during Flower? and...
I have a few damaged leaves from nut burn and some lower leaves that look a bit wilted/dead and I have read a lot about keeping the lower part of the canopy clear of foliage is that right?

Thank you G13, Think I'll just leave them alone then. The burn isn't severe I caught it early on.
