Question about schwag

Hey guys, I was just wondering about how weed becomes schwag..

Are there any just plain crappy strains that even if grown, dried, and cured properly, would still taste like shit and be impotent?

Or does decent weed become schwag when it's packaged up, handled excessively, and allowed to become old and stale?

I'd be willing to bet that more than often it's the method in which the weed is grown. However, if you start with poor genetics, even the best conditions may not be enough to produce good weed, even good looking weed. I'm not an expert, though.

How weed is grown & how mature the bud is at harvest are the 2 biggest things that turn good weed into shit weed (schwag for the younger folk).

There are other issues that will give a grower shit weed but most successfull commercial growers are beyond those issues.

What comes out is what you put in.
I've had many grows with just plain o'l "mid" seeds. MY finished product always looked better than the bud it came from. There is some strain limited factors.
That being said i believe most shwag, is from plants sowed in spring then come back at harvest time. No weekly visits to water/feed, prune or anything of the sort.

i smoke only dank..but its easy to do when u grow..my friend hes a big middie smoker...he doesnt believe in the "high prices" but i grew a mid plant this summer outdoor and it was off this shitty ass weed he had and he was telling me that the seed matters on how good it turns out...its just weed that wasnt taken care of b.c i took good care of this plant and i only got a little over a ounce but i sold it for 40/80's to ppl all day...and they were asking me if it was 50's ..u just need 2 take good care of the plant tend it alot use good veg. and u should get something nice out of it
