Question about smart pots.

I have a few garbage bags of used smart pots.
Am I an asshole if I take them to the laundromat and run them through one of their washers?
Belle says if I run them through her Maytags she will powerbomb me like on waterboy.

I knew a kid going to school up in Central that would take his hydroton to the laundry mat late at night :o

I would throw them into a washing machine, fuck it, why not . I know a few people that actually bought a machine a used old pos just to wash those pots out saves yo 5 to 10 dollars each

If I fucked up a washer in a laundromat up here, it would actually make the news. lmao.
The alternative is to hand wash them in a garbage can, but fuck a bunch of that!!

What's the benefit with those smart pots? I've never used them. I just have the hard plastic buckets with saucers under them. They wash up real easily.

from that many to me the best idea was the laundry mat
i do 4 - 6 at home myself wit no problem

since introducedd to smart and air pots i have not used standard plastic pots since
i like them both they promote better drainage and air root pruning which stimulates more rooot growth
which stimulates more plant growth and more bounty
look into them and make a educated decision

To each there own cup of tea , I find the Smart Pots and others like it to be counter productive when growing in soiless mixes as they dried out to fast and collected a lot of salts and minerals in the long run .. I did wash mine though at the laundry mat after a few uses ..

Double front loading washing machines are the way to go , I used Woolite for the wash cycle , Its safe for washing Eagle Feathers and more I learnt .

I don't wash my smart pots too often. I usually just turn them inside out and use a stiff brush to get everything off of them. Sometimes I will spray them with a little water before brushing if it is too dusty.

I have slacked greatly all winter, due to health issues, back problems, and being lazy. I have 2 garbage bags full cuz I'd just buy more
and not worry about them. I flooded the fuck out of the basement again and now I am forced to clean them or throw them out. Hopefully,
like everything else in life, I've learned my lesson the hard way and won't let them pile up again.

Take them to a car wash with a brick. Put brick inside, blast clean. 10 bags in 1 one dollar clean cycle. Home in 15 minutes and don't have to hang out in a laundromat.

^^^ Belle is taking them to the laundromat when she does her running around tomorrow. I can't beat that one.
