Question about storing seeds

Alright, Im about 4 weeks away from harvesting my first crop. Naturally, I planted bagseed this time but its time to start planning for my next grow. I set up a closet so I could grow all year but space is limited so my question is this: When I order my seeds I will only have room for about half of them. Will the others store for say...10 months till I can germinate them and set them outdoors? From what Ive seen most banks sell in packs of 10 some 15. Is it worth it to try to save the extra 5-7 seeds or should I just give em to a buddy that has room to grow them? If they will store, what should I do to help them keep? How should I store them.

hey dude i;ve heard the storing them in a container packed full of rice can make them last to around upto 10 yrs i think.
