question about THC carts/ ordering/

Yes. Yes they are.

Re: In legal states like California, the black market price for an ounce of DANK flower has hit the floor at about $100.
Transport those $100 ounces a thousand miles or so east to an illegal state - just like that! $400 each.
So it makes A LOT of sense to export to an illegal state. --- a lot like running Skunk from NorCal to SFV in the '80s; a few $1,000 pounds became $3,600 pounds just by driving them 1,100 miles south - so I heard.... ;)

Black Market Carts - IMHO avoid them. Black market carts are sometimes made with improperly manufactured BHO (has butane content), some are cut with vitamin e, some are made with dirty equipment.
(I had NO IDEA my "Honey Oil" in the early '00s was BHO - I NEVER purged the butane - didn't know I was supposed too...
Those benefit from export as well - no dispo will carry them on a shelf,
and there's no need to buy a $25 illegal cart from Sketchy Bob when I can get a good cart for $12 delivered to my door.

The ONLY black market product that seems to have any traction out here is hand rolled hash - but even that's pretty economical from the dispo
(and I have to fill the $40 minimum to get free delivery....)

That's the beauty of RIU - I now grow my own smoke, make my own hash and edibles - not much I need the dispo for, except for carts.

Yeah i'm not doing that, I like my privacy too much. Product and extracts aren't an issue, but I enjoyed the potency of the carts

We like the potency, and also the discrete nature of carts - great for sidewalk sessions!
- although lately I just haven't given a crap and take a joint on my evening dog-walks; even see police and they don't seem to care either. Kinda surreal! :bigjoint:

yeah, I have two relatives that are state troopers and an aunt that's a warden and they all smoke every day, they don't care. Gotta meet quota, though

Smoking in a friend's back yard. He's military.
A guy walks up to us and I offer him the pipe. "Thanks! But I can't; Colonel of the base and all." :o
OH.
Another guy walks up right after him and DOES take a nice, solid rip. "Thanks! I'm John (not his name), homicide dept. You guys new on base?"

Yes. Very new apparently.....

Yeah i'm not sure how military works, but I know by law my relatives are supposed to get tested like once a month and none of them have taken one in 33 years or more.
