question about the size of my buds

Hello everyone, I started my first grow around 4-5 months ago, the strain is laughing buddha from Barney’s Farm .
Its been exactly 10 weeks of flowering today and its pretty close to harvest, but i have a feeling that my plants dont develop enough mass, i mean they look healthy and all, but they are 60-70cm long and from previous reading and what i heared, sativa’s and my strain specificly should get around 90-100cm.
Beside the height of them all as i said before it feels for me that the buds are not big as they should be at this stage. Will be happy to hear your opinion ,Thanks in advance and stay safe ya all!
**hope pictures will be clear!

Well, I have to say the plants look decent.

That said, you can never expect for buds to be a specific size. You can't predict yield, either. Every single plant from every single seed is a little different, and different strains from different breeders are even more wildly different.

With everything considered, you haven't explained your environment. Without knowing about your setup, we're even more in the dark.

Lights, humidity, temperature, water type, water pH, medium, nutrients being fed. In this case, mainly it'll be about the lights you use.

You need to specify pertinent information in order to get a valid response. Please do so.

Its a 4x4 tent, light is viparspectra 1200w led, feed them with ghe trio , some cal mag and sweet finisher, ph always between 5.5-6.5, humidity around 50-40, coco coir, would say the light is half meter away from plants, they dont seem like they getting to much light because the leaves didnt curl upwards and they dont have burned tips either. I know every seed is different but still after all the guides and growdiaries i followed about this specific strain it looks abit smaller than it should.. thanks for answering!

The 1200W light you have is probably only 100W or so.

To get buds to fill out more and to get a larger yield, you're going to need better lighting. Everything else you've stated looks reasonable. You haven't mentioned temperatures or nutrients in use, but I digress. Your biggest problem is the light.

They claim, 520W and compare it to an 800W HPS, but their lights really are garbage. I haven't seen any decent grows under their lights and they are over priced for what they are.

Exactly thats what i came to say they claim its around 520, maybe the light is shit but there is anything i can do i mean getting the light closer to buds will make difference ?

Also which light do you recommend? For my next grow
Well, you haven't said how your grow is cooled. Do you have an exhaust fan (filter)? Do you vent to outside, or in the room the tent is in? You haven't stated your temperatures yet.

I run a 600W HPS in my experiment flower tent, and a 1000W HPS in my production flower tent.

If you want to stay with LED then I would keep what you have until you can afford to get a nice Quantum Board or higher end COB LED. I'm running cheap Chinese COB LED right now but I'm going to eventually upgrade to the HLG-550 for my 4x4 tent.

Probably going to get flamed for this, but i would get something higher wattage for a 4x4.
A timber redwood would kill it in there, by nearly 200w, and is less expensive.

The Timber lights are great from what I’ve heard. I probably should’ve clarified that I’m not planning on outright buying the HLG 550 unless they blow them out at low prices when their new lineup is released. I’ll probably build something close to that spec for my tent. Do you really think I would need more than 480W with HLG QBs? I’ve had pretty decent results with 2 cheap Chinese COB LEDs from Amazon that each draw 300W and I was told that 480W QB would put the 600W I have now to shame.

I have only ever used cob's so i am biased.
They really arent that much less efficient than boards or strips

I have 180w in 5 sq/ft.
Maybe you dont need 640w but it can be dimmed for better efficiency. The hlg 550 is 480 maxed out.
