Question about when to give plants an H2O2 bath

I have some fungus gnats I’m working on eradicating using Gnatrol, and I’m planning on giving the plants a 1:4 (RO H2O:H2O2 aka hydrogen peroxide) bath to kill the larvae. I’ve done it in the past and it worked great, I just forgot if it’s best to feed them like usual then do the bath or do the bath first and then feed. Cuz I don’t want to feed then immediately wash out all the nutrients the coco needs.
Any help is appreciated.

If you're using gnatrol, I don't understand the H2O2.
3 drenches with gnatrol mixed in your nutrient solution will do the trick.

You’d think, but I’ve given them a “light infestation” dose for 7+ days and am still seeing them. Figured I could do a hydrogen peroxide bath to kill off the larvae and finish the adults off with Gnatrol, hence the question. Any advice on when to give the hydrogen peroxide bath? I think it makes most sense to give the bath and wait a bit, then feed as normal so the hydrogen peroxide has time to act but you’re not leaving the medium void of nutrients.

I have always done 3 drenches with Gnatrol (4 tsp. per gallon) 7 days apart.........and I just add it to my nute solution.
I have never done a hydrogen peroxide bath.........still don't know why you feel it's necessary.
Gnatrol will not kill adults.........it's a larvicide that kills mosquito and fungus gnat larvae.
Good luck.

Like I said I’ve just been doing a light dose so maybe if they don’t clear up soon I’ll try a “heavy infestation” dose per their instructions. The reason I like the HP bath is because it immediately kills all the larvae. The Gnatrol does it slowly over time. I’m trying to interrupt their lifespans so I can eliminate them completely and Gnatrol isn’t going quick enough. Thanks again.
