Question- Am i better off doing Auto strain or normal with cfls?

Hey everyone Just thinking of starting an indoor grow which ill use a couple cfl's for to start off, then was eventually thinking of buying a better setup like a 250 watt. Anyhow my Question is which am i better off doing, an autoflower or a normal strain? I've heard you should't veg your plants too long using CFL's, but would i still make better time with a normal strain and be wasting my time growing an auto when i could be getting more yield, or vise versa...Any opinions are appreciated... thanks

Normal- More Yield/More Restrictions/More Difficult
Auto-Less Yield/Less Restrictions/Simple
The choice is up to you.

I don't encourage anyone to grow autos unless you are really ultra restricted space wise. You can get better yields & potency as well as more stable genetics from a regular strain grown on a 12/12 light cycle from seed with 2700k cfl's or an hps bulb.

True, I guess it seems as if a normal strain would be better then
