Question for MI Caregivers ?

If I have a valid Colorado medical card and a valid Colorado address can a MI Caregiver grow my plants for me and supply me with Medical Marijuana ? According to the MI Law Question and Answer section ( stated below ) it appears to be legal ? Have any Caregivers in MI ran into a situation like this ?

I don't believe so. If a Colorado patient were visiting Michigan, I could assist him with acquiring meds while he's here, but I can't just grow plants for some cat living in a different state.

No, it's like stow says we have a reciprocity clause. You need to be a MI resident for anyone to have plant rights for you. Now if you can find a way to dual-residency like a dual-citizenship that maybe something? A stretch, but maybe...

And yes as a caregiver I can clearly deal with an out of state card holder but not one from mi unless they are my patient... Sweet law we have aye?
