Question on can I clip a bud

80 days into my farm 9 beautiful ladies all beautiful ladies thanks to all that have helped me out I have only one question I'm starting to see a little amber mostly all cloudy I still want to wait till I see more amber but I am out of my stash and money how bad would it hurt to pick a few buds off my mid grade to have a little to smoke till the end of the week and if so how could I speed dry a little to smoke tonight first grow just really need to chil had a bad week lol got 9 girls so but only one mid grade wanting to pull off her

microwave 10 seconds at a time on medium setting...should not take more than 30 secs or so. Waste of good smoke if you ask me but, as far as needing a buzz OR ELSE...been there done that...have fun

Yea I believe it to b a waste that's why I want to do my mid plant it's all cloudy I'm thinking I should clip just her cause I'm being told that it will slow it down and the rest will outrun her

Right on on the cloudy was doing that this Friday on the clip clip I have a few with just very small amount of clear or should I just do it now with it just changing to amber?

Hack her down when half of the bud is amber IMO.

The more amber the more of a "stony couch-lock" high, the more cloudy white the more of a "heady up lifty" high.

I have done it a lot of times and each time the plant i attacked didn't notice, i.e. finished with the rest of them.

I've harvest parts of plants before. Some stalks had buds that reached maturity before other stalks. So I'd take the mature ones, leave the rest to grow a little longer.
I'd suggest though, not speed drying them. You'll lose sooo much in flavor and high.
Also, keep in mind that even after you chop the trichs will continue to mature, so don't wait until they're mostly amber.

Did this b4 and my plant was only 35 days from 12/12 ... So probably only 28ish days from showing sex.
Long story short. Youre gonna get what you need but u'll feel really bad after. Best to wait it out.
But you are way farther along and ... Sht its yours so do it

Hey I wanted to mention my quick cure method.. Chop the bud into little pieces, small, small.. Now lay it out on a screeen. When outside is dry put in jar. When outside is wet again lay back on screen.. Small buds < 30% humidity this will take a few hours..

Quicker? Turn your oven, not microwave, to the lowest setting. When it is ready turn it off and then quickly place the screen with chopped bud in the oven.. Tastes like shit but near full potency.

Its important that any grower monitor even sample his weed periodically,

select the smallest of buds I prefer selecting in the lower regions, perhaps where the light don't get to easy

I confess to quick drying weed in a microwave, take a small bud chop it up with sissors, lay flat select timer of 1 minute max

let her rip, but pause often until you are satisfied that its dry, over drying will make you cough max !!!!! Avoid overdrying

next grow add 20-30% perlite to that 'soil'

So far the best way I've tried has been to chop the bud up really small, put it on some wrinkled up tin foil, and put in the warming tray in the oven. Can take 2-3 hours, but seems to be the best method I've found. Everyone has their own preferences though.

Thanks to all so much for the great advice hanging the girls tomorrow all cloudy now barley showing a slide amber great advice I got so high off my mids can wait till next week to try my purple omg thanks to all
