I'm 2 weeks in flower and found a male plant. Does anyone know if it could have already pollinated my other plants?
Not sure what to look for being a newby but after chopping it and removing it I could squeeze out small green seeds from what I think is the pollen sack. Not many but maybe a dozen here and there.Typically if they've released viable polled their pollen sacs should be open.
Thank you. Hmmm I threw it in the trash last night. I'll see if I can get a pic. I didn't look at it to well seen what I thought was seeds and instantly killed it .
That actually looks like a herm to me, it has pistils that look like female flowering parts and sacs that look like male flowering parts. The good news is that the male parts do not look mature so you may have grabbed it before it was able to pollinate anythingTried digging out of the trash. Heres the best pic I could get
I was wondering that since it was a feminized seed. It was Hawaiian skunk.Looks hermi what strain you running
I sure hope so! But yeah looked to be a female and just boom seeds one dayThat actually looks like a herm to me, it has pistils that look like female flowering parts and sacs that look like male flowering parts. No that was the only Hawaiian skunk at the moment( another in veg) there's also 4 gorilla glues and a cement shoes in the tentAre they all the same strain?
I'm a rookie squeezed little green seed looking shit out lolThose are not seeds there male flowers they just didn’t get to fully mature yet
Cool thanks. I heard gorilla glue was prone to harm. So I've been worried about themJust be on the look out cuz if there all the same strain chances are they might be unstable or stressed induced to turning into herms
I can't see it being light. I have them in a closed tent inside a room that is also dark and no one goes in during those hoursI would check your tent/think about your routine in terms of potential light leaks.
Some plants can be genetically more prone to herming, but if indoor plants have issues with herming when they look otherwise healthy (not dealing with deficiencies, lack of water, too much heat, etc.), light leaks are one of the most common causes.
